America's Impression Engineer, Dallas is a speaker, author and media personality. A former hospitality executive, she specializes in showing companies and individuals how capitalize on the power of first impressions.

Dallas travels throughout the country as a keynote speaker, bringing her passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

She is the author of Professionally Polished, Business Etiquette Savvy for Today's Competitive Market and a Co-Author of Executive Etiquette Power and Success Skills for Life™, a curriculum for high school students.

In 2011, Dallas accepted the role of Executive Director for the Alabama CASA Network (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children of Neglect and abuse).

She is a contributing writing for various magazine and business trade journals including the Birmingham Business Journal and Birmingham Works.
